Roberta – Hygienist, Roberta began working as a dental assistant over 20 years ago. She then decided to go back to school to earn her degree as a hygienist which she has been doing since 2005.
Raised in Eagle Point, she and husband Dwayne have a small farm just north of EP. Roberta loves gardening and enjoys traveling to Alaska to see their 2 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and their first grandchild, Lily.
- Marilyn – Hygienist, Fresh out of Oregon Institute of Technology in 1989, Marilyn started working for her father, Dr Laurence Ware. The dentist may have changed, but Marilyn still sees many of her dad’s loyal patients as well as a new generation of awesome patients. A self – described “tomboy”, she loves to play hard with her husband Dan and son David; bruising herself up on her dirt bike, “ripping” on a slalom ski, and working hard on their small farm in Sam’s Valley.
- Dane- Hygienist, A calm yet witty demeanor keeps patients comfortable during their dental cleanings. Graduating from OIT, Dane has been an integral part of the hygiene team since 2003. Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Dane loves the outdoor activities that the area offers. An avid hunter, you will not find him under city lights on the weekends. Either golfing with his son or walking through brush keeps Dane cheery.

Lisa – Dental Assistant, Lisa began her dental career in 1999 and joined our team in 2005. She is amazed how time has flown by! Lisa enjoys getting to know and visiting with all of our wonderful patients.
Born and raised in Medford, Lisa lives with her husband, Jerod and their favorite 4 legged friend, Sawyer, their adorable boxer. She loves having the lakes and rivers so close. She spends her spare time at the gym, running, or cycling. Lisa is also very passionate about her custom hat business which she is working hard to expand.
- Michelle – Dental Assistant, Michelle moved to the Rogue Valley from Siskiyou County in 1991. For 4 years before getting married and starting a family, she worked as an orthodontic assistant and joined Dr. Mitchell as a part-timer in 2000. Michelle now spends her professional time with us, utilizing her superior skills as a gentle and detailed assistant, Michelle helps complete our team. Married to John and a mother of 3, Michelle enjoys hunting, fishing, and volunteering to assist in poverty stricken areas and third world countries.
- Lindsay-Dental Assistant, Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Lindsay began working for Dr. Mitchell in 2002 after attending the Dental Assisting program at Rogue Community College. Lindsey loves helping patients feel and look great. Married for 7 years to Marty, they enjoy raising their active 3 year old son, Aaron and hope to expand their family. Linds enjoys gardening, cooking, and scrapbooking. She is hoping to add a greenhouse to her home and continue supplying all of us with fresh herbs.
- Heather – Dental Assistant, Heather grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Medford in 2001. Dental Assisting for over 14 years, Heather is knowledgeable and patient. She absolutely loves her field! A mother of one boy in the marines and two “very sweet” girls, Heather is very proud. Heather has been passionate about jazzercise and began instructing a few years ago. It is told she is a very energetic and fun instructor. She is also a die-hard dirt bike rider. On any weekend you can find her speeding along the mountains and hills of John’s Peak in her Kawasaki with a great big grin!
- Lisa – Hygienist, Lisa graduated from OIT in 1992 and began commuting from Klamath Falls to our office as a temp job. Years later, you will still find Lisa here laughing with her coworkers and patients. Still coming over from her home in K Falls that she shares with her husband Robbie, Lisa is dedicated to her patients. Two “well behaved” boys, Matt and Ryan keep Lisa busy when she is not in the office. Camping, Boating, and girls weekends are what life is all about for Lisa.
- Kim – Office Manager,Always plugged in to the people of the Rogue Valley, Kim moved to Jacksonville as a teenager and has loved being here ever since. In the dental field for 30 years, she is a wealth of knowledge and support for all. A self- proclaimed “goofy girl”, Kim is a reality TV junky and our resident Facebook pro. Devoted to two grown children, they keep her on her toes at all times.
- Tracy – Patient Coordinator, She has been in dentistry for 27 years and will always greet you with a smile. Tracy has lived in the Rogue Valley for most of her life and loves everything the area has to offer. She enjoys spending most of her time with family and friends going boating, fishing, camping, golfing, and of course cheering on her favorite team the Oregon Ducks.
